GODDAMNED BATMAN RUINED MY FAVOURITE FILM FRANCHISE.

Atrocious! There was actually audible laughter twice in the (full) cinema. Though, I do often get a sense of schadenfreude-esque pleasure out of horrible movies, so I'm glad I went..

The plot was spread pretty thin, so they went with filling the gaps with cliche's, explosions and eye watering CGI.

Christian Bale didn't help much either!

There is one great thing that may rise from this steaming pile of garbage: Sam Worthington's new hollywood career! He did a good job of making something of the retarded script....still needs some work on his accent, though! haha

I agree with Tiaan. Sam Worthington is wow. Did a good job of out-acting Bale which was simultaneously good and bad. I think the thin script and McG were probably the biggest culprits in this film not working 100%. I will say though the visuals, in particular fake Arn, were unbelievably good. I didn't mind the CGI in this film. The T-800 walking around scared the you know what out of me!
